CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
A 100% refund will be issued for any cancellations made from the signing of the invoice until ten (10) business days before the scheduled delivery date. A 50% refund will be issued for any cancellations made within five (5) to nine (9) business days of the scheduled delivery. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within four (4) days of the event date. Additionally, no refunds will be issued for items listed as Custom Order, Special Order, branding, additional labor, and customization regardless of notice.
DELIVERY INFO
- Delivery Fees: Minimum delivery fee is $250 or 15% of the daily rental value for larger orders.
- Standard Hours: Deliveries occur from 8 AM to 6 PM.
- Additional fees will apply on a per project basis.
